Introduction:
We started this log just as a way to look back.  We later realized that this is exactly some of our friends are looking for in helping them getting started with Life Natural diet.  Now this is also useful for us to smile back at ignorant people who is making fun of Life Natural diet. I am sure anyone who is going to watch this series of food log will appreciate the richness and varieties of this diet.

Ingredients to make 10-12 Idlis:

To make batter:

  1. Sorghum – 1 cup (150 gms)
  2. Sorghum rice – 1/4 cup (50 gms)
  3. Ladies finger chopped – 1 cup (150 gms)
  4. Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoon


To mix with batter:

  1. Sprouted Groundnut / Peanut - 3 table spoons
  2. Grated Carrot - 3 table spoons
  3. Chopped Cabbage - 3 table spoons
  4. Rock salt - as per taste

தேவையான பொருட்கள் - 10 முதல் 12 இட்லி தயாரிக்க:

மாவு தயாரிப்பதற்கு:

  1. சோளம் – 1 குவளை (150 கிராம்)
  2. சோள அரிசி – 1/4 குவளை (50 கிராம்)
  3. வெண்டைக்காய் – 1 குவளை (150 கிராம்)
  4. வெந்தயம் – 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி


மாவுடன் கலப்பதற்கு:

  1. முளைவிட்ட பாசிப்பயறு அல்லது நிலக்கடலை – 3 தேக்கரண்டி
  2. கேரட் துருவல் – 3 தேக்கரண்டி
  3. முட்டைக்கோஸ் நறுக்கியது - 3 தேக்கரண்டி
  4. இந்துப்பு – சுவைக்கேற்ப
