Raw Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Grated Carrot, chopped Cabbage, Cucumber - 2 cups
  2. Sprouted Green gram - 1 cup
  3. Ginger extract - 1/2 table spoon
  4. Coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 table spoon
  5. Grated Coconut - 1 or 2 table spoons


Method:
Mix grated carrot, chopped cabbage & cucumber and sprouted green grams. Add ginger extract and coriander leaves. Finally add grated coconut and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Note: 
Instead of ginger extract, you may add few drops of lemon juice. In that case, do not mix grated coconut. Lemon & grated coconut should not be eaten together.
